Top Echelon Contracting can help you with your contract staffing needs.  You will find our service and support staff to be easy, friendly, and efficient.

  • You locate the candidate.
  • You use the Contracting OnDemand® Rate Calculator to determine bill rates and pay rates.
  • You complete one simple Sign Up Form.
  • We generate all the employment paperwork.
  • We hire the candidate.
  • We assign our new employee to work for you on a contract basis.
  • We handle our employee’s taxes, insurance, benefits,
    401(k), payroll, etc.
  • You approve our employee’s weekly time sheet.
  • We provide a weekly statement of debit to you. (This is done before any debit is made against the bank account.)
  • We make a weekly automatic debit from your business account as payment for our employee’s services rendered to you.
  • You decide when our employee’s assignment is finished.
  • You tell Top Echelon Contracting that you no longer need our employee.
  • We notify our employee that the assignment has ended.
