The Contracting OnDemand® Rate Calculator is a simple on-line tool used to determine the hourly Pay Rate for a candidate and the hourly Bill Rate for a company for a non-recruited contract placement.

When you use Contracting OnDemand®, we handle all the taxes, insurance, benefits, employment contracts, workers’ compensation, payroll funding, and payroll processing for your candidate. Time sheets are currently collected on Monday and our employees will be paid for those hours on Friday. To further expedite the payroll cycle, all paychecks are mailed on Thursdays. Our employees also have the ability to request a payroll deduction for Federal Expressed paychecks. All employees also have the option for Direct Deposit free of charge.

If you have non-recruited contract candidates, you will find the Contracting OnDemand® service is extremely easy to use. It is an online tool that is backed up with a full Customer Service organization. It is the easiest way for any size company to maximize workforce flexibility. All you have to do is authorize billing by signing weekly timesheets and provide us with a business account to withdraw weekly billing.
