The Contracting OnDemand® Rate Calculator is a simple on-line tool used to determine the hourly Pay Rate for a candidate and the hourly Bill Rate for a company for a non-recruited contract placement.

We handle all the employment details.
When you use Contracting OnDemand®, we handle all the taxes, insurance, benefits, employment contracts, workers’ compensation, payroll funding, and payroll processing for you.  Time Sheets are currently collected on Monday and our employees will be paid for those hours on Friday.  To further expedite the payroll cycle, all paychecks are mailed on Thursdays.  Our employees also have the ability to request a payroll deduction for Federal Expressed paychecks.  All employees also have the option for Direct Deposit free of charge. 

We make it easy for you.
You will find that the Contracting OnDemand®  service is extremely easy to use.  It is an online tool that is backed up with a full Customer Service organization.  All you have to do is have your weekly time sheet signed off by management and then fax to our attention no later than Monday at 1pm EST.  Top Echelon Contracting handles everything else, including the following:

• Funding the weekly payroll
• Processing all payroll taxes and withholdings
• Maintaining Unemployment and Workers’ Compensation coverage
• Maintaining a Certificate of Insurance
• Offering Employee Benefits
• Handling all paperwork, including W-4 forms, I-9 forms, and other routine employee paperwork
• Criminal background screenings (Drug Screenings can be provided for an additional fee if requested by the company).
