Top Echelon Contracting can become your employer when you have located an assignment in a professional and/or technical environment, but the company does not want to employ you.  This is also a great opportunity for Co-Ops, internships, and retiree re-staffing needs to be outsourced through Top Echelon Contracting.  You will find the service and support staff to be easy, friendly, and efficient.  This is how you get started:

  • You locate the company.
  • You use the Contracting OnDemand® Rate Calculator to determine bill rates and pay rates.
  • You or the company completes one simple Sign Up Form.
  • Top Echelon Contracting generates all your employment paperwork.
  • Top Echelon Contracting hires you as an employee.
  • Top Echelon Contracting assigns you to work for the client on a contract basis.
  • Top Echelon Contracting handles your taxes, insurance, payroll, etc…
  • Top Echelon Contracting offers you health insurance, along with a variety of other benefits.
  • The company approves your weekly timesheet and sends it to Top Echelon Contracting.
  • Top Echelon Contracting coordinates billing the company for your service.
  • Top Echelon Contracting pays you on a weekly basis and offers you direct deposit.
