How to Use The Rate Calculator
Simply enter the hourly Pay Rate into the Calculator, select the Work State, and then press “Calculate” to determine the hourly Company Bill Rate. The reverse procedure applies for determining the Employee Pay Rate if you already know what the company is willing to be billed for the hourly Company Bill Rate.
